Over the course of his career, he has had the distinct honor to work with small businesses across the United States. His career includes leading North American Sales, Regional and US Sales, and serving as General Manager over strategic partners like Fifth Third Bank, Comerica Bank, and hundreds of Community Banks. During his career over 300,000 clients have been acquired and served ranging from start-ups to well established multi-national companies, franchises and government entities. For the past four years, he has been working with independent merchant processing organizations in the southeast to help grow and sustain portfolios, before becoming the CEO of Tried & True Consulting on July 10.
He began his career in banking working as a loan officer and financial representative before moving onto MCA loans as an account executive. He has spent the past year in the payments industry working as a sales rep as well as a project and relationship manager. Jacob is a graduate of the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University with a degree in Professional Sales and Marketing.
